Bluffdale is a town that is located in Salt Lake County in the state of Utah in the United States. The city is located less than 20 miles from the more populous city of Salt Lake City. As of 2010, the population of Bluffdale was calculated to be approximately 7,598. The city’s growth is projected to steadily grow over the next decade.
Between the years of 2011 and 2013, Bluffdale served as the hub for the Utah Data Center. This center was constructed for the storage of data for the NSA (National Security Agency), and it is located at Camp Williams. Even though it measures only one million square feet, it is home to another data center, Granite Point.
